Quin is a founding partner of Rite-Hire Advisory.  He has over 20 years of experience with Executive-level business development and corporate management.  Dan has performed national and global account management for Fortune 500 companies across various business domains.  He has successfully created and executed resource solutions in multi-platform environments.  Dan has a proven track record in the industry and is distinguished by clients for his personal accountability and commitment to providing quality and value.

Dan is responsible for corporate growth and promoting brand awareness for Rite-Hire Advisory on a Global basis.  Dan develops and oversees all aspects of Client/Account Management as well as providing overall corporate vision and thought leadership.  Prior to the formation of Rite-Hire Advisory, Dan held senior leadership roles for two major staffing firms.

Christopher Paschke is a founding partner of  Rite Hire Advisory.  With over 20 years of experience in Recruitment & Management, Chris has built a reputation of high integrity within the industry.  Building and managing successful recruitment teams, Chris has a remarkable legacy of achieving the highest standard of service delivery, creative business solutions and superior client relations.

Chris is responsible for driving one of the most innovative and exciting teams in the industry.  Chris’ key focus is team building.  He oversees the hiring, training, performance reviews and career development of Rite Hire associates.  Additionally, Chris manages Rite Hire’s internal finance, IT and Contract Operations Team.  Prior to forming Rite Hire Advisory, Chris was pivotal in leading Information Technology recruitment divisions for two global recruitment firms based in the US and UK.
